Shyness :
In a quiet place, close the eyes and make visual a green beam of light, a nice green neither too pale nor too vivid which is striking the 4th chakra right in the heart. See the chakra which is growing so much that it surrounds all our body, like a protective egg made with green energy. After the test, make visual this same "egg of energy" and see its dissolving in a little green circle set at heart level.


Difficulties of the language :
Do as above (shyness) with the visualization of blue color and the use of the 5th chakra (throat).

Probems of impotence or frigidity :
Do as above with the visualization of orange color and the use of the 2sd chakra (navel).

In order to help the effectiveness of a (classical or not) treatment at the time of an illness :
